Service Terms
Our services are provided based on individual agreements with clients. We offer a proprietary strategy that can boost EBITDA by 3-10% in 90 days with our pay-on-performance model.
The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for our services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement between Secret Profits and the client.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are owned by Secret Profits and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
In the course of providing our services, ownership of intellectual property will be as specified in the client agreement. Generally, clients retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property, and Secret Profits retains ownership of our proprietary methodologies, tools, and pre-existing intellectual property.
Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information. Any confidential information shared with us during the course of our services will be protected and not disclosed to third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secret Profits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.
Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services that gave rise to such liability.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Secret Profits and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
Term and Termination
The term of service engagement will be as specified in the client agreement. Either party may terminate the service relationship according to the terms outlined in the client agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Secret Profits is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
